- Part of STCW 1995 amended 2010, A-II/1, II/2, OVMSA (OCIMF) Element 5, OVID Sec.3 and IMCA M 149 Section 8
- Company compulsory requirement for their deck ratings
Objectives
For deck ratings seaferer to gain competency and enhance the proficiency of seafarers who will be assigned specifically as helmsmen during normal and emergency situations.
